how ordering works

All orders go through LINE @realtaste. When ordering, please tell us: which bentos and how many, delivery date, delivery address, and payment method (bank transfer or cash on delivery). We confirm every order with a return message.

delivery & returns

Same-day delivery in Da'an (orders confirmed by 22:00 the previous day); next-day for the rest of Taipei. Bentos are freshly made, so we generally don't accept returns. If there's a quality problem on arrival, send us a photo on LINE within one hour and we'll resend or refund in full.

cancellations & changes

Up to 24 hours before delivery: cancel or change on LINE, full refund. If prep has already started (typically the morning of delivery), the order amount is credited toward your next delivery.

allergens & dietary needs

Each bento's ingredient ID card marks the eight major allergens. Please flag any specific allergies or dietary restrictions at order time — we can't guarantee a fully shared-equipment-free kitchen, but we work hard to avoid cross-contamination.

governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute arising under these terms.
